Now you can pre-apply zippers to your packaging web and rewind the roll for shipment to off-site filling locations or for inventory that can be used later. The RTR-1000 uses the innovative sealing technology of INTEGRA back pack system with the exclusive Pre-Molded Zipper Segments which require no pre-heating or crushing to insure an air-tight seal. The simplicity of design eliminates registration hassels, cuts scrap ,and increases processing efficiency. And your web structure remains intact for better running through your VFFS packager.
